SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This business is a one-woman show, and I get your orders out as quickly as I can! If you need your order by a specific date (or sooner than the current processing time) please let me know and I will do my best to get it to you sooner.

Your order is mailed via USPS and when your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Once I drop your order off at USPS it is 'out of my hands' and I cannot control how or when it arrives. If your order takes an excessive time to arrive, please reach out to me and we can work to solve the issue together. If your order is lost in the mail, please reach out to your local USPS as they will have more control over the situation than I do.

If you happen to place multiple orders within the span of a few days, and I haven't already shipped them, please email me and I can combine the orders into one package, as well as refund the excess shipping charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time we do not accept refunds, cancelations, or exchanges. This business is owned and operated by only me, Crystal, so it is not possible for me to offer any of these. Please be fully aware of this when making a purchase.

We also do not price match previously placed orders to reflect any current sale, discount, or change in price.
